All external appointments to the Trust will be required to attend a full Trust Corporate Induction which will be held at Carew House, Beacon Technology Park, Dunmere Road, Bodmin, PL31 2QN.
The induction programme is for all new staff and the length is dependent on the role you will be undertaking. It is an essential part of new staff training requirements and therefore attendance is mandatory.

Successful candidates will be invited to an Assessment Day on Friday 21st August 2020 held in Carew House. Please note this will be either a morning or afternoon session to be confirmed.
This is an exciting development opportunity to work as part of a service delivering re-ablement in peoples own homes as part of the Mid Home First service which is a collaborative approach between community, acute and social care providers.

Working for Cornwall NHS Foundation Trust the successful candidate will demonstrate a caring approach and a desire to work with people to support them to identify and achieve their goal. An ability to motivate individuals to support their recovery and to maximise their independence and improve the quality of people lives is essential.

You will need to demonstrate good communication skills and a positive approach to people who may have communication difficulties or who have challenging health needs.

You will be part of a dedicated team and will be provided with bespoke training to support your development in this role. You will be required to work a rota that covers 7 days a week from 08:00 to 20:00. Flexibility within this rota, and geographical location, will be part of the role.
